Membership

The CCGS Society year begins on July 1st and ends on June 30th.

The membership fee is $25.00 per individual or $27.00 per family or institutional membership for the Society year and includes:

  • Enrollment on our CCGS mailing list

  • Add Surnames and Locations, and search for members in common
  • Reduced rates on FamilyTreeDNA Project tests ordered through our project regardless of surname.

SECOND WEDNESDAY: Regularly scheduled programs are held on the 2nd Wednesday, September to June, at the Haggard Library, 2501 Coit Road, Plano, Texas 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The Society does not meet during the summer months of July and August. Join us at 6:00 pm for social time and share information!

We will provide meeting updates based on meeting room availability and will hold virtual and in person meetings.

In support of its original objectives, the Society has many projects of an on going nature as well as annual projects to benefit the amateur to professional genealogist. Many educational programs are provided throughout the year, including local community outreach seminars.
